If you want to focus on the feel of playing Tomb Kings then going Settra on ME is probably the best start as you can reclaim the old borders of the Nehekharen Empire up into the current Border Princes/Badlands. With Mortal Empires released, Creative Assembly are getting close to unleashing a new race upon the New World. If you want something absolutely different than I would go Vortex with a TK start in Lustria/Naggarrond.
